矿井降温冷水和管道敷设受力分析研究

Analysis and Discussion on Pipe Laying Force of Mine Cooling System

摘要: 为解决井下大坡度巷道内矿井降温冷水管道敷设受力与滑移问题,建立坡巷内管道敷设受力分析模型,讨论了坡巷内敷设管道的受力分析与计算方法,进而分析了刘店煤矿坡巷内管道受力与滑移问题,提出管道敷设后滑移的控制措施,提高了管道安装的可靠性。

Abstract: In order to solve the force and slip on pipe laying which laid in large slope roadway, the force model on pipe laying is established and simplified, and the force analysis and calculation method are discussed. Then the force and slip on pipe laying are analyzed, which laid in certain roadway with varied slope at Liudian mine; The control measures on pipe slide are proposed, the reliability of pipe installation is improved.
